The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) is the world's most elite, non-profit inspection association. Home buyers and sellers alike can enjoy the professionalism only InterNACHI Certified Inspectors can provide. As a certified inspector, I have successfully passed InterNACHI's Inspector Examination, Standards of Practice test, completed the Code of Ethics course, and adhere to the InterNACHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. To retain this certification I also complete required continuing education courses to keep informed and up-to-date on important home inspection-related aspects.
The American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT) has been a leader in home inspection training since 1993. Their mission is to provide students with industry leading home inspection training and support. AHIT is recognized and approved by ASHI, NAHI, InterNACHI, CREIA, TREC and other professional organizations. With instructors that have over 100 years of combined experience, approved curriculum in over 120 colleges and universities, and courses approved for continuing education, AHIT is one of the leading home inspection training institutions.
